You can change your billing address on the payment page before confirming your order, under My Addresses. This change will be applied on the current order.
You can also change this information from My Account, by selecting My Personal Details and My address book. The change will be applied to all future orders.
Attention, it is not possible to change your billing address once your order has been confirmed.
